1. Custom-Made Products (No Return / No Refund)

All products manufactured by Aroona Sports are customized according to the client’s:

  • Design

  • Size chart

  • Logo/Artwork

  • Fabric selection

  • Colors

  • Branding

  • Packaging

Because of the custom nature of these orders:

We do NOT accept returns or refunds once production has started or the order has been shipped.

This applies to:

  • Custom sportswear

  • Team uniforms

  • Gloves & boxing equipment

  • Branded apparel

  • Personalized items


2. Manufacturing Defects (Eligible for Replacement)

We stand by our quality. If you receive an item with a genuine manufacturing defect, you are eligible for a replacement.

Manufacturing defects include:

  • Incorrect printing (not matching approved design)

  • Wrong sizes delivered compared to approved size chart

  • Incorrect product shipped

  • Fabric damage before use

  • Faulty stitching

To claim a replacement, you must:

2.1 Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery

Send the following to our support team:

  • Clear photos and videos of the defective product

  • Proof of order (invoice or screenshots)

  • Description of the issue

2.2 Our team will review the claim

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault, we will:

  • Reproduce the affected items
    OR

  • Offer corrective solutions depending on the nature of the product

Note: Replacements are only made for the defective items, not the entire order.


3. Issues Not Considered as Defects

The following are NOT eligible for returns or replacements:

  • Color shade differences (±5%) due to digital screens

  • Size variances within ±1 inch (industry standards)

  • Wrong sizes provided by the client

  • Errors in artwork or logo provided by the client

  • Design changes requested after production has started

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper washing

  • Shrinkage if washing instructions are not followed

  • Normal wear and tear


4. Shipping Damage

If the product is damaged during transportation:

  • The responsibility lies with the courier/cargo company.

  • We will assist with claim support but are not liable for courier mishandling.


5. Order Cancellation

Cancellation is only possible before:

  • Artwork approval

  • Final confirmation

  • Advance payment

  • Production start

Once production begins, orders cannot be canceled.


6. Incorrect Shipping Address

If the client provides a wrong or incomplete address:

  • Aroona Sports is not responsible for the lost shipment.

  • Reshipping (if possible) will be at the client’s expense.


7. Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved due to a confirmed manufacturing defect:

  • We will guide the client regarding return shipping.

  • Return shipping costs are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.


8. Refunds

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • We fail to produce the order due to internal issues

  • We cancel the order before production starts

Refund method:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Same payment medium used by the client
