1. What products does Aroona Sports manufacture?

We manufacture a wide range of sportswear and equipment including Sports Uniforms, Tracksuits, Hoodies, T-Shirts, Jackets, Gloves, Boxing Gear, Gym Apparel, and Custom Clothing for brands, clubs, gyms, and startups worldwide.


2. Do you offer custom designs and branding?

Yes, we specialize in fully custom manufacturing. You can choose:

  • Your own designs

  • Fabrics & materials

  • Printing methods

  • Packaging

We also provide design assistance if needed.


3. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ depends on the product type:

  • Clothing (Hoodies, T-Shirts, Tracksuits etc.): 20–30 pieces per design

  • Gloves & Boxing Equipment: 30–50 pieces

However, we also support startups and may offer flexible MOQs depending on the order.


4. What is your production time?

Production time typically ranges from:

  • 10–20 working days for small to medium orders

  • 25–35 days for bulk orders

Complex designs, special fabrics, or large quantities may require additional time.


5. How do I place an order?

We will collect your design, discuss materials, confirm pricing, and share a sample mockup before starting production.


6. Do you provide samples before bulk order?

Yes, we provide paid samples so you can check quality, printing, and sizing before placing a bulk order.

Sample cost depends on the product type and complexity.


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

Advance payment is required to start production.


8. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide through reliable courier and cargo companies including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and SkyNet.

Shipping fees depend on destination, weight, and order size.


9. Are returns or refunds available?

Since all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or refunds after production has started.
However, we offer replacements in case of genuine manufacturing defects.

10. What if I receive a defective or wrong product?

If you receive a defective item:

  • Provide photos/videos

  • Share order details

If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, we will replace the affected items.


11. Can I change my design after confirming the order?

Changes can only be made before production starts.
Once the order goes into production, no modifications are possible.
