These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the website and services provided by Aroona Sports, a sportswear manufacturer and exporter based in Sialkot, Pakistan.

By using our website or purchasing our products, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into agreements.

2. Products & Services

Aroona Sports specializes in manufacturing custom sportswear and equipment, including but not limited to:

  • Sports Uniforms

  • Gloves & Boxing Equipment

  • T-Shirts, Hoodies, Tracksuits

  • Jackets, Dungarees

  • Custom Apparel & Accessories

All products are made according to customer specifications, designs, and requirements.

3. Custom Orders & Design Approval

3.1 Customization

Clients may choose designs, logos, materials, colors, patterns, and packaging.

3.2 Artwork/Logo

All artwork must be provided in high resolution.
Any errors in artwork provided by the client are the client’s responsibility.

3.3 Final Approval

Production begins only after client approval of:

  • Design mockup

  • Pricing

  • Size breakdown

  • Fabric selection

Once the order moves to production, changes cannot be made.

4. Pricing & Payments

4.1 Currency

Prices are quoted in USD or PKR unless agreed otherwise.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required to start production.

  • Remaining 50% must be paid before shipping.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer

  • Western Union

  • MoneyGram

  • Online Payment (if available)

Payment details will be shared directly with the client.

4.4 Taxes & Duties

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, or any additional charges in the buyer’s country are the buyer’s responsibility.

5. Production Time

Production time varies depending on order type and quantity. Estimated timelines will be shared before confirming the order.

Delays can occur due to:

  • High order volume

  • Raw material availability

  • Customs or shipping delays

  • External factors beyond our control

Aroona Sports is not liable for delays caused by third parties.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally through trusted courier and cargo companies.

6.1 Shipping Responsibility

Once the product is handed to the courier:

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer.

  • Tracking details will be provided.

6.2 Shipping Fees

Shipping charges depend on weight, destination, and shipping method.

6.3 Delivery Time

Delivery time depends on the courier and destination country.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Since all products are custom-made:

  • No returns or refunds for custom-designed items after production.

  • If a product is damaged, incorrect, or defective on arrival, proof (photos/videos) must be shared within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Only manufacturing defects will be considered for replacement.

Products damaged due to shipping mishandling are the responsibility of the courier.

8. Quality Assurance

We ensure:

  • Premium fabrics

  • Strict quality control

  • International standard stitching & finishing

Minor variations in color shade, size tolerance (±1 inch), or printing intensity may occur due to manual manufacturing processes and are not considered defects.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, images, designs, and branding on our website are the property of Aroona Sports.

  • Client-provided logos and designs remain the client’s property.

  • By submitting designs, the client confirms that they own or have permission to use them.

Aroona Sports is not responsible for copyright violations caused by client-supplied artwork.

10. Website Usage

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the site

  • Attempt hacking, data extraction, or unauthorized access

  • Copy website content for commercial use

  • Spread viruses or harmful software

Violation of these terms may lead to legal action.

11. Privacy Policy

Your information is used for:

  • Communication

  • Order processing

  • Shipping

  • Quality assurance

We do not sell or share your data with unauthorized third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • Client mistakes in size chart or design approval

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Natural disasters

  • War or political unrest

  • Strikes or labor issues

  • Raw material shortages
